Located in the Holiday Inn Bloomington W MSP Area Hotel, our Bloomington wedding venue offers a culmination of class and convenience. The English conservatory space with crystal chandeliers, soaring glass windows, and a 14-foot waterfall will leave your guests in awe during your from ceremony to reception. You'll have the ease of being adjacent to the hotel where you can have group room blocks available and a bridal suite. Together, we will make your initmate wedding at 5120 unforgettable.
Rental Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in The Conservatory.
Below is our pricing structure:
· Friday or Sunday: $2000.00 Catering F&B minimum and $1000.00 room rental fee
· Saturday: $2500.00 Catering F&B Minimum and $1500.00 room rental fee
We charge a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve the date. This deposit will be applied to a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total estimated bill which is due (30) days prior to the event. Both non-refundable deposits are applied to the final bill which is due (3) business days prior to the event date.
We are delighted in hosting intimate weddings and can accommodate the following through our exclusive caterer, Green Mill:
· Ceremony - 80 guests seated
· Cocktail Reception - 100 guests
· Buffet or Plated Dinner - 80 guests
Final guest counts are due (10) business days prior to the event. The hotel provides black or white table linens and napkins, white chivari chairs, 5' banquet rounds, silverware, plates, and glasses. Table centerpieces, music and decorations are the responsibility of the group.
